Only with your consent your data can be provided to a third party to be used for the purposes laid out above.

Andiamo, s. r. o., as an operator, is authorized to process your personal data based on your consent for the following purposes: (a) sending a newsletter with information materials, event invites, service information, daily specials, and special offers in the Andiamo Group restaurant chain, and the associated market research; (b) organizing and evaluating consumer competitions;
(c) processing requests and suggestions.

Andiamo, s. r. o. can process the following personal data in its information systems: (a) title, first name, last name, academic degree, date of birth, e-mail, telephone contact (b) data acquired from you using the services in the Andiamo Group restaurant chain.

Your personal data shall not be publicized or forwarded to third countries without your consent.

Andiamo, s. r. o. is accountable for protecting the personal data, with which it has been entrusted, and for processing it in accordance with governing laws and regulations.

Andiamo, s. r. o. as an operator may provide your personal data to the companies that are part of the Andiamo Group restaurant chain, strictly for the purposes, to which you have consented.
